Our goal is to keep our nutrition product costs down. These are our efforts to accomplish this:

• Lower prices! … approximately 40% or more off retail.
• These lower prices mean you will get these prices all the time… no need for monthly sales!
• All literature will be available at our site.
• To keep prices low, we must enforce a strict "No Return" policy. We advise you to carefully select the products you purchase.
• Newsletters & updates will only be available online.

On our end, here’s how we aim to continue to keep costs down:

• No sales people with commissions (also no telemarketing and no multi-level marketing costs either)
• No big advertising or media budget…. The products will solely be by referral only. If you have received benefit from any of the products, please refer them to your friends and family. A larger consumer base means we’ll be able to purchase from our supplier in larger quantities at lower prices and we’ll pass on the savings to you.
• No public relations firm
• Generic brand with no fancy materials included with products
• Minimum amount of printed literature — everything is on the website & electronic newsletters cost next to nothing, especially when compared to direct marketing pieces (even postcards!)
• No fancy website — all done "in-house"
• No labor costs over the weekend — shipping and orders are strictly Monday thru Friday
• "No returns" policy and no changes to orders once placed (we try to catch changes if we can, but our shipping process is really basic, so we encourage you to place orders carefully)
• Management with hands-on responsibilities (no absentee landlords being paid for ownership only)
• Management with a focus on member service
• We don’t have to answer to outsiders with their eyes only on profits. We answer to our conscience, and we know many of you are on fixed incomes. We know that many of you could not afford important supplements for your health without our focus on keeping prices low.
